Terms and Conditions:

Booking and Payments:
1. The bookings (registration) amount is non-refundable and it differs from tour to tour.
2. A deposit of 50% is required to confirm your booking the remaining balance must be paid 45 days before the departure date.
3. Failure to make timely payments may result in cancel of your booking.
Documents and eligibility:
1. The guest will not share his confidential information like credit card /debit card number ,CVV,OTP,Card expiry date ,user ID’s ,Passwords ,etc. with any hotel ,the staff or tour organizer
2. The primary guest must be 18 years old to be able to check in to the hotel
3. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas and any other required travel documentation
4. We are not liable for any cancellations or changes due to incomplete or incorrect travel documents.
Pricing and inclusion:
1. Prices listed on our website are per person unless otherwise specified.
2. Prices include only the items listed in the itinerary.
3. Price include only the items listed in the itinerary such as accommodation transportation , meals , and activities unless stated otherwise
4. Accommodation in the itinerary at the mentioned hotels or similar hotels (depend as per availability)
5. Prices are subject to change due to exchange rate fluctuations, fuel surcharges customers will be notified of any charges.
Health and Fitness:
1.Some tours may involve physical activities such as hiking ,walking or swimming it is the customers responsibility to ensure they are in good health and capable of participating to ensure they are in good health and capable of participating
2. We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone deemed unfit for a tour for safety reasons.
3. Change to Itinerary: we reserve the right to make adjustments to itineraries due to weather conditions, safety concerns or other unforeseen circumstances.

Force Majeure:

Customers are expected to behave respectfully towards fellow travels guides and local communities any behave that disrupts the tour or end angers others may result in immediate removal from the tour without refund
